Kiehl’s Family Rewards is Kiehl’s loyalty program where members enjoy exclusive offers, early access to seasonal promotions, and so much more. To join, simply provide your contact information to a Kiehl’s Customer Representative in store, or sign up online.

Your member account is activated the day you enroll in Kiehl’s Family Rewards. Once you’ve enrolled in Kiehl’s Family Rewards, you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s Retail Stores or Kiehls.com.

Your email address is your username for your Kiehl’s Family Rewards account. Please be sure to use your registered email address when logging into Kiehls.com or referencing your Kiehl’s Family Rewards account in store.

Once you’ve enrolled in Kiehl’s Family Rewards, you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s Retail Stores or Kiehls.com.

You can also earn points by referring your friends to join Kiehl’s Family Rewards and make a purchase, recycling Kiehl’s products in store, and participating in our consultation services.

Once you’ve enrolled in Kiehl’s Family Rewards, you can earn as many points as what you have spent on qualifying purchases at Kiehl’s Retail Stores and Kiehls.com.

You can also earn points by engaging with Kiehl’s:

• Referring your friends to join Kiehl’s Family Rewards and shop on Kiehls.com: 25 points per friend who joins Kiehl’s Rewards and makes a qualifying purchase
• Recycling empty Kiehl’s products in store: 10 points per item
• Consultation: 25 points per virtual or in-store expert consultation (limit 4x per year)

Points and Kiehl’s Since 1851 Reward Offers will mature the next day after qualifying purchases. Points will accumulate in your loyalty account and can be used for redemption on Kiehl’s products, Kiehl’s Merch and Vouchers. You can view available rewards and redeem in your Rewards Vault within your Kiehl’s Family Rewards Dashboard.

Log in to My Account at www.kiehls.com/account and update your information at any time. In store, please let a Kiehl’s Customer Representative know that you have a change to make to your account information and they can take care of it for you.
